Hydraulic box filter pressSystem faults and solutions:

1.chamber pressure filterHydraulic system has no pressure or insufficient pressure

①hydraulic pump:The hydraulic pump is reversing and requires a change in direction;Insufficient oil level, oil should be replenished;Parts are severely worn, with large gaps or poorly sealed pipeline joints causing oil leakage. Repair or replace parts and tighten pipe joints.②overflow valve:The spring is deformed or broken and needs to be replaced;Poor fit between cone valve and valve seat, adjust or replace;The slide valve is stuck at the opening and cannot establish pressure. It should be ground to make it move flexibly;Damping hole blockage, clean the dirt.③There is an oil leak in the system, which should be repaired to ensure sealing.④The pressure gauge is damaged, causing a false impression of no pressure. Replace the gauge.⑤The oil temperature is too high and the viscosity is too low. Identify the cause of the heating and take corresponding measures.

2.filter pressHydraulic oil temperature is too high

①Severe oil leakage causes excessive volume loss. Repair the leaking area to ensure sealing.②The relative friction force of moving parts is too high. Process and assemble the parts according to assembly requirements.

3.Hydraulic filter pressSystem oil leakage

①If the seal is damaged or installed incorrectly, replace the seal or correct the installation.②The pipe joint is loose and needs to be tightened.③The cone valve of the one-way valve is not tightly connected to the valve seat, or the valve seat is damaged. Training or replacement of the valve seat is required.④The relative surface clearance of the moving parts is too large. Replace the parts to reduce the fit clearance.⑤Adjust the pressure too high and reduce the work pressure appropriately.
