Working principle of DLHF-400 hydraulic self-cleaning filter:
Water enters through the inlet ⑴, first passing through the coarse filter ⑵ to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then reaching the fine filter ⑶. In filteringDuring the process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the accumulated water, forming a filter impurity layer. Due to the accumulation of impurity layers on the fine filterOn the inner side, a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter.When the pressure difference (△ P) reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin, during which there will be continuous flow: the drain valve (4) will open,Release pressure and discharge water through hydraulic piston (5); The pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber (6) and the suction pipe (7) drops significantly, resulting in a suction process through the suction nozzle (8) and the outdoor end of the hydraulic motor. When water flows through the hydraulic motor (9), it drives the suction pipe to move axially and rotate, gradually discharging the sewage. The combination of axial and rotational motion can completely clean the entire inner surface of the filter screen.The entire flushing process only takes 10 seconds. The drain valve (4) is closed at the end of flushing, and the increased water pressure will cause the hydraulic piston to returnAt its initial position, the filter begins to prepare for the next flushing cycle. The filtered purified water flows out through the outlet (10).
