Control method

Hydraulic driven self-cleaning filterThere are four control methods for cleaning and discharging, which are interlocked:
1. Differential pressure control: The control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference is less than the set pressure difference, the filter machine performs filtration; When the system pressure difference exceeds the set pressure difference, the filter machine is cleaned and discharged.
2. Timing control: Users can set the filtering time and cleaning and sewage time according to the actual working conditions, and the filter will work in a cyclic manner according to the set filtering time and cleaning and sewage time.
3. Combination control of pressure difference and timing: Users can set the filtration time and cleaning and drainage time according to their actual working conditions. At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference in real-time with the pressure difference set by the user. The control system can clean and discharge pollutants based on the set cycle time and the received pressure difference signal, in the order of the received signals.
4. Manual control: When the high flow fully automatic filter is in manual control mode, press and hold the start button to clean and discharge the filter. Release the start button to stop cleaning and discharging.
