Spiral microbubble processorWorking Principle:
According to the principles of centrifugal settling and density difference, when water flows tangentially into the equipment from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, strong rotational motion is generated. Due to the different densities of sand and water, under the combined action of centrifugal force, centripetal force and other forces, low-density water rises and is discharged from the outlet, while high-density sand particles are discharged from the bottom discharge outlet of the equipment. Compared to the current sand removers on the market, it has added a filtering unit (the filtering accuracy can be selected by the user), which has the advantages of high sand removal rate, space saving, low leakage rate for individual small particles, and stable working state
Installation precautions:
1. The equipment must be installed horizontally, and attention should be paid to the direction indicated by the arrow during installation. The direction indicated by the arrow is the direction of water flow.
2. Due to the absence of moving parts and maintenance free operation of the device, the design and installation can be arranged according to the actual situation on site.
3. Pipe supports should be installed near the pipe mouth on the equipment inlet and outlet pipelines; A bracket should be installed under valves with a diameter greater than or equal to DN150 that are directly connected to the container mouth.
The inlet and outlet of the spiral slag remover are all made of national standard flanges. Valves must be installed at both the inlet and outlet of the equipment.
Instructions for Use:
During normal operation, it is necessary to open the inlet and outlet valves and close the drain valve.
2. Open the drain valve when discharging until clear water flows out.
After the discharge is completed, simply close the discharge valve.
If the discharge pressure is insufficient, the valve at the outlet can be closed.
During installation, attention should be paid to the direction of the pipeline and water flow.
6. The layout of the plan requires the management personnel to leave their operating space. Due to the absence of moving parts during the operation of the device, it is maintenance free. But it is necessary to maintain stable inlet load and even opening and closing force of the drain valve. Avoid human damage.
