Introduction: In municipal, chemical, papermaking, and other water treatment processes, water mixing is one of the key processes. Traditional mixing machinery is usually divided into two types: vertical axis folding blade type and horizontal (submersible) type. Due to the installation method and blade form determining its mixing form, it is not ideal in terms of energy consumption and mixing effect, which not only brings unnecessary increase to the operating cost of sewage treatment plants, but also directly affects the subsequent process treatment effect. In response to the above issues, after years of practical application in multiple sewage treatment plants, good results have been achieved. The impeller structure design maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics and mechanical motion. The surface of a multi curved impeller is a curved body formed by the equation xy=b and the curve rotating along the y-axis; In order to cater to the flow of water, the design introduces water from the impeller, which reduces turbulent flow and ensures even pressure of the liquid on the impeller surface, thereby ensuring the balance of the entire machine in motion. There are eight guide vanes evenly distributed on the gradually opening multi arc surface. The potential energy obtained by supplementing the inflow with the self weight pressure of the liquid and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller form kinetic energy. Under the condition of neutral acceleration, the liquid first moves tangentially along the circumferential direction of the impeller, and under the reflection of the pool wall, forms a top-down circulating water flow, thus obtaining cross flow in the axial (y) and radial (x) directions. It is precisely because of the structure and characteristics of the multi surface mixer impeller and its proximity to the bottom of the pool that it can achieve ideal mixing effects in operation and effectively mix dead corners.
