The IS type pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump for clean water, while the IR type pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump for clean water (with a maximum working temperature of 150 degrees Celsius), used for suctioning clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water but without solid particles. It is widely applicable in industry, agriculture, urban areas, drainage, fire water supply, etc.

The IS pump system is designed according to the performance and size specified in standard I02858, and its technical standards are close to the standard, reaching a level. It is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in China.

The pump body and pump cover of the IS centrifugal pump are divided at the back of the impeller, commonly known as the rear door structure, which has the advantage of easy maintenance.

The pump body and pump cover of the IS centrifugal pump form the pump chamber, while the impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings form the pump rotor components. The suspension bearing components support the rotor components of the pump, while the rolling shaft bears the radial and partial axial forces of the pump. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps are equipped with sealing rings at the front and rear of the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover plate of the impeller. Due to the low axial force of some pumps, there are no sealing rings or balance holes on the back of the impeller.

The structure of IS centrifugal pump is dry, reliable in performance, small in size, light in weight, good in corrosion resistance, low in power consumption, and easy to use and maintain.

IS centrifugal pumps have a wide range of universality, with 140 specifications in the entire series, but only four types of shafts are used: shafts of the same specification, bearings, shaft seals, impeller fasteners, etc. can all be interchanged; There are only four types of suspension for the entire series of pumps.

The rotational speed of IS centrifugal pumps is divided into two stages (2900 revolutions per minute) and four stages (1450 revolutions per minute).

The maximum flow rate of the second stage speed is 240 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum head is 125 meters.

The maximum flow rate of the fourth stage speed is 400 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum head is 55 meters.

The maximum working temperature is 80-150 degrees Celsius.

Used for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, the temperature of the transported liquid is not higher than 80 ℃, but when using an onboard seal, it can withstand high temperatures below 120 ℃. The allowable import pressure is 0.6MPa. The pump is installed horizontally, with horizontal axial suction and upward radial discharge. The IS centrifugal pump adopts a suspension structure, and during maintenance, the inlet and outlet pipelines do not need to be disassembled, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance. The IS centrifugal pump is connected to the electric motor through a regular elastic coupling or an extended elastic coupling. The shaft seal of the IS centrifugal pump adopts soft packing seal or mechanical seal. The bearing is a single row radial ball bearing, lubricated with lubricating oil.
