Immersion MBR membrane supplyPerformance characteristics:
1. Membrane module immersed in bioreactor: The membrane module of the submerged MBR membrane is directly immersed in the bioreactor and fully contacts with the wastewater. Compared to external MBR membranes, submerged membranes have higher membrane area and more compact system structure, which can achieve higher flux and processing efficiency.
2. No gas supply required: Immersion MBR membranes do not require additional gas supply, such as gas channels or gas bubbling devices. This reduces the complexity and energy consumption of the system, and can lower operating costs.
3. Anti pollution performance: Immersion MBR membrane has good anti pollution performance. Due to the immersion of the membrane module in the bioreactor, microorganisms and suspended solids in the wastewater can naturally deposit on the membrane surface, forming a biofilm or sludge layer. This type of biofilm can filter and degrade organic matter, and prevent direct contact and adhesion of pollutants to the membrane surface.
