Imported pneumatic low-temperature welded ball valve
The German Ward WODE pneumatic welded low-temperature ball valve is an integrated valve composed of a low-temperature welded ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. Used to cut off or connect low-temperature fluids, gases, etc. in pipelines. It is widely used in chemical plants such as ethylene and liquefied natural gas, natural gas storage tanks, air separation equipment, petroleum and chemical tail gas separation equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide low-temperature storage tanks and tank trucks, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment, etc.

Attachment options description:
According to different controls and requirements, the following attachments can be selected:
Feedback switch: also known as limit switch, remote feedback switch signal (optional explosion-proof).
Electromagnetic valve: Double acting with two position five way valve, single acting with two position three way valve (optional explosion-proof).
Triple component: capable of stabilizing the gas source, filtering, and adding lubricating oil to the cylinder.
Handwheel mechanism: Rotate the handwheel mechanism to manually open and close the valve.
Electrical: Input 4-20mA signal to achieve valve adjustment function.
Structural characteristic diagram:
Low temperature treatment and testing
Each low-temperature valve produced by Ward WODE company undergoes special low-temperature treatment, where the rough machined parts are placed in a cooling medium for several hours (2-6 hours) to release stress, ensure the low-temperature performance of the material, guarantee the machining size, and prevent valve leakage caused by temperature changes during low-temperature conditions.
Perform low-temperature treatment on the main components of low-temperature ball valves and conduct low-temperature impact tests on each batch of samples to ensure that the valves do not crack brittle under low-temperature conditions and can withstand the impact of low-temperature media.
Conduct the following tests on each valve:
1. Room temperature shell strength test;
2. Sealing test at room temperature and low pressure;
3. Room temperature and low pressure sealing test;
4. Low temperature sealing and airtightness test (with upper sealing);
5. Low temperature gas seal test, etc., to ensure that the entire low-temperature valve meets the standard requirements;
6. Perform low-temperature treatment on the main components and conduct low-temperature impact tests on each batch of samples to ensure that the valve does not crack brittle under low-temperature conditions and can withstand the impact of low-temperature media;
7. Low temperature (cryogenic) valves are subjected to low-temperature treatment and impact testing in accordance with the corresponding material specifications
8. The static electricity function is more powerful, and the conductivity resistance between the valve body and valve stem or between the internal components and the valve body is less than 1 Ω.
