Improved Fenton oxidation system
(Wastewater deep treatment process/catalytic oxidation process)
It is based on the traditional Fenton system, and integrates electrochemical coagulation, catalytic oxidation, and flocculation precipitation through process optimization and technological improvement. Through the catalytic oxidation effect of chemical drugs, the addition substitution and electron transfer reactions of large molecule recalcitrant organic compounds in water destroy the organic structure, and some recalcitrant organic compounds are converted into small molecule biodegradable organic compounds, which are ultimately oxidized into water and carbon dioxide, thus achieving the treatment effect.
advantage
Overcoming the shortcomings of traditional Fenton oxidation systems, such as high drug consumption, large equipment investment, large footprint, high operating and investment costs. Efficient removal of recalcitrant organic matter from wastewater has been achieved, achieving the goals of energy conservation and land saving.
application
Suitable for pre-treatment or subsequent deep post-treatment of various industrial wastewater, achieving the goal of improving biodegradability and ensuring wastewater stability meets standards.
System Composition
Mixed reaction system, aeration oxidation and precipitation reaction system
Improved Fenton oxidation system
[Note]
Fenton reaction
It is a chemical catalytic oxidation reaction that has strong oxidation ability and low requirements for reaction ability. It has no secondary pollution and is commonly used for the treatment of high concentration and difficult to degrade organic wastewater. The catalyst and oxidant react to generate organic wastewater withHydroxyl radicals with oxidizing ability also have high electronegativity and electrophilicity, and their electron affinity has strong addition and subtraction reaction characteristics. Therefore, the Fenton oxidation system can oxidize and decompose the vast majority of organic compounds.
Fenton reagent
The system composed of ferrous ions and hydrogen peroxide, also known as Fenton reagent
