Working Principle:

Adsorption stage: When the exhaust gas passes through the activated carbon filling layer, organic molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon pores due to van der Waals forces or chemical bonding forces, and the purified gas is discharged.

Desorption stage (optional): When the activated carbon approaches saturation, high-temperature steam or hot air is introduced to desorb the adsorbed organic matter and enter the condensation recovery system to achieve activated carbon regeneration.

Cyclic operation: The adsorption and desorption processes alternate to form a continuous purification cycle, extending the service life of activated carbon.
