The impeller of the vortex blower, designed according to the regeneration theory, circulates and accelerates in the air duct, generating high-pressure airflow through the rotation of the single-sided and single-stage impeller. The impeller consists of 30 to 50 blades forming multiple air chambers. After entering these chambers, air is accelerated in both axial and radial directions. Driven by the rotating impeller, air enters the outer side of the annular chamber and the next air chamber. This cycle forms a vortex or a stretched spring. The speed energy continuously increases or is repeatedly generated, forming airflow at the suction and exhaust ports of the blower.

1. The vortex blower generates high temperatures during use, so avoid touching the casing to prevent burns.

2. The motor load current will vary with the air pressure used by the high-pressure blower When wiring, an overload protection switch suitable for the model should be installed and used at the rated full load current (A) to avoid motor burnout. (Please refer to the nameplate on the motor for the rated full load current)

3. Please refer to the air volume static pressure curve chart in the catalog for the applicable range of continuous operation of the high-pressure blower, and use it within the curve range. However, if it is close to high pressure, do not exceed the applicable range. If it is necessary to approach the closed pressure during use, a pressure release valve should be installed in the pipeline. When the pipeline is closed, the pressure release valve will be released to regulate the air inlet and outlet to ensure the service life of the high-pressure blower.

If the high-pressure blower is operated in a closed pipeline, the temperature will rise sharply. At this time, continuous operation should be avoided, otherwise deformation or damage may occur. At the same time, the air volume in a closed condition or below the continuous use range will be limited. If it is intermittent operation, it must be operated by switching the air valve.

4. Changes in air temperature of vortex blower: When the air flow rate approaches a closed state, the temperature will rise sharply, so special attention should be paid to this situation. If the temperature rises, do not place the high-pressure blower in a sealed room for use.

5. Hard objects such as dust, powder particles, fibers, and water droplets should be removed before the air enters the high-pressure blower, and can be treated using dust bags or other methods. If a filter is installed midway in the pipeline, to avoid pressure reduction losses, please use a large-area filter and regularly clean the pollutants in the filter.

6. Regularly clean the inside and outside of the high-pressure blower (especially the air passage of the cooling fan) to remove surface dust. If a large amount of dust accumulates and the heat dissipation effect is poor, it will cause a temperature rise, a decrease in air volume, and an increase in vibration, leading to malfunctions.

7. Bearing oil seals and silencers are consumables, so they have a certain lifespan and need to be replaced regularly. At the same time, the metal mesh of the blade shell also needs to be replaced regularly according to the usage environment

If the vortex blower does not operate smoothly or produces abnormal noise during use, please turn off the power for maintenance.
