The rotation of the submersible aerator impeller generates centrifugal force, which forms a negative pressure zone. 1. Flow rate is one of the important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator, which directly affects the production and transportation capacity of the entire device. When choosing a centrifugal aerator, the flow rate should be taken as the basis, while considering the normal flow rate. Installation method of QXB submersible centrifugal aerator:

1. Under geographical conditions, the water pump should be located as close as possible to the water source to reduce the length of the suction pipe. The foundation of the water pump installation site should be firm, and a specialized foundation should be built for fixed pump stations.

2. The inlet pipeline should be sealed reliably and must have dedicated support. It cannot be hung on the water pump. The inlet pipe equipped with a bottom valve should be installed as perpendicular to the horizontal plane as possible, and the angle between the axis of the bottom valve and the horizontal plane should not be less than 45 degrees. When the water source is a channel, the bottom valve should be higher than the water bottom by more than 0.50 meters, and a mesh should be added to prevent debris from entering the pump.

3. The base of the machine and pump should be level, and the connection with the foundation should be firm. When the machine and pump are driven by belts, the tight edge of the belt should be at the bottom, which increases the transmission efficiency. The direction of rotation of the water pump impeller should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow; When using coupling transmission, the machine and pump must be coaxial.

4. The installation position of the water pump should meet the requirement of allowing the suction height to be reached, and the foundation must be horizontal and stable to ensure that the rotation direction of the power machinery is consistent with that of the water pump.

If there are multiple units in the same computer room, there should be a distance of at least 800mm between each unit and between each unit and the wall.

6. The suction pipe of the water pump must be well sealed, and bends and gate valves should be minimized as much as possible. When filling and diverting water, the air should be completely discharged. During operation, there should be no accumulation of air in the pipe. The suction pipe should be slightly inclined upwards and connected to the inlet of the water pump, and the inlet should have a certain submergence depth.


Necessary preparations before use:

(1) It is necessary to carefully read the instruction manual to avoid damaging the machine due to improper use. Carefully check whether the selection of the submersible aerator is correct and whether the actual usage conditions are consistent with the specified usage conditions.

(2) Clean the water tank or waterway to prevent debris from entering the aeration port.

(3) An electrician should use a 0-500V megohmmeter to check that the insulation resistance of the three core wire of the motor main cable to ground is not less than 5 megohms. It is strictly prohibited to use a megohmmeter to check the control cable to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the aerator. Instead, a multimeter should be used to check the control cable.

(4) The voltage must be checked within the range of ± 5% of the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate. If the power supply is far away from the use of the submersible aerator, considering line loss, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the number of joints should be minimized, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage; In addition, considering the convenience of maintenance and repair, it is recommended to set up a terminal box next to the machine.

(5) The power cables, grounding wires, and control cables on the submersible aerator should be connected to the wiring heads of the control cabinet (box) one by one.

(6) The submersible aerator is equipped with a dedicated control cabinet. Before use, carefully read its instructions and check whether the equipment wiring is correct, whether the starting device is flexible, whether the contact is good, whether the metal shell of the starting equipment is reliably grounded, check whether all wiring is loose, and tighten it again.

(7) The grounding wire of the submersible aerator is a two-color wire (yellow/green). To ensure safety, it must be securely connected and 50mm longer than other wires.

Precautions for the operation of submersible aerators:

The submersible centrifugal aerator is equivalent to the heart of the sewage treatment system, and its normal operation directly affects the stability of the sewage treatment system. To ensure the normal operation of the submersible centrifugal aerator, the following four aspects should be emphasized:

1. Ensure good ventilation in the machine room of the submersible centrifugal aerator. Submersible centrifugal aerator is a major energy consumer in sewage treatment systems, and it generates heat during operation. If its temperature cannot be diffused in a timely manner, especially in summer, it can cause the temperature of the submersible centrifugal aerator to rise too high. This not only affects the lifespan of the electric motor, but in severe cases, it can also cause the submersible centrifugal aerator to shut down due to insufficient power. If necessary, air conditioning can be used to cool down and solve the problem of temperature rise in the submersible aerator fan.

2. During daily management, it is necessary to regularly check the inlet and outlet air pressure of the blower. If the inlet air pressure is too low, the inlet filter should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner. If the outlet air pressure is too high, the outlet pipeline should be checked. The cause may be blockage of the aerator microporous membrane or water accumulation in the air pipeline. Cleaning the microporous membrane or draining the water in a timely manner can solve the problem.

3. The exhaust temperature of the blower should be controlled, especially in summer. Excessive exhaust temperature can not only cause an increase in fan temperature, but also affect oxygen filling. It can generally be prevented by exposing and preventing direct sunlight.

4. Pay attention to lubrication and maintenance, strictly follow the operating and maintenance procedures required by the submersible centrifugal aerator manufacturer, regularly inspect and replace lubricating oil in a timely manner.
