1. End beam and driving device
The end beam and driving device are mainly composed of the end beam, driving reducer, walking wheel, overload protection device and other main components.
The end beam is made of carbon steel, and the drive reducer adopts a shaft mounted helical gear reducer. Based on our company's long-term experience in producing peripheral transmission scraper machines, in order to improve the wear resistance and extend the service life of the walking wheels, solid core rubber wheels are used for the walking wheels, which have high wear resistance and non corrosive properties. The end beam and the walking wheel bracket are connected by stainless steel bolts, and the installation direction of the walking wheel can be adjusted on site to ensure that it runs along the tangent trajectory around the periphery.
The drive reducer is mounted on the active wheel axle and fixed to the end beam through a torque arm and compression spring overload protection device. When the working torque of the scraper suction mud machine exceeds the rated output torque of the reducer, the torque arm at the output end of the reducer will act, causing the spring in the overload protection device to compress, and the pressure rod will approach the sensing distance of the planar non-contact induction switch, instantly cutting off the power supply and sending out a fault signal to protect the equipment from damage.

The central rotating support mainly consists of a rotating disc, a fixed seat, a slewing bearing, a central collector ring, and a carbon brush. The upper part of the rotating body is equipped with ear seats and the main beam, which are hinged with pin shafts. The base is connected to the center platform of the pool with bolts. The central rotating support mainly bears all axial loads of the suction dredger and some radial loads generated during mud scraping. The slewing bearing adopts thin oil bath lubrication, and the service life of the bearing is greater than 10 years. Multiple sets of copper rings and carbon brushes are installed inside the power collection device. Except for the power supply, all others are used for on/off and fault signals. This signal is transmitted through the control box from the central power collection ring to the control room for display or remote control. The rotating disc and fixed seat are made of cast steel and carbon steel welded together, with sufficient strength and rigidity.



3. Scraping and suction mud systemInstallation diagram of driving type rake scraper
The scraping and suction system mainly consists of a mud collection scraper and a connecting bracket, made of high-quality stainless steel plates and profiles. The sludge collection scraper collects the sludge from the bottom of the tank into the sludge tank, and uses the suction pipe installed here to press it into the pipeline collection tank and discharge it by utilizing the water level difference between it and the discharge tank.
4. The skimming plate, articulated scraper, and articulated scraper are mainly made of high-quality stainless steel plates. The skimming plate is installed at the lower part of the main beam, closely attached to the central guide tube at the end of the pool center, and the gap between the other end and the skimming bucket is not more than 5mm. It is installed at a certain angle on the main beam to ensure that the floating slag in the pool is scraped from the center of the pool to the articulated scraping rake, and then scraped into the skimming bucket through the articulated scraping rake, and the scraped floating slag is discharged outside the pool.
5. Control box
The control box is an outdoor type, located on one side of the main beam. The box body is made of stainless steel plate processing. The control box has the function of locally controlling the start and stop of equipment, and can provide all operation signals and remote control functions of the equipment to the centralized control room. Its protection level is IP55.
