As a principle of selection, it is necessary to ensure that the mixer can fully exert its mixing function in the appropriate volume, which can generally be determined by the flow rate. According to the different process requirements of sewage treatment plants, the optimal flow rate of the mixer should be ensured between 0.15~0.3m/s. If the flow rate is lower than 0.15m/s, the push flow mixing effect cannot be achieved. If the flow rate exceeds 0.3m/s, it will affect the process effect and cause waste.

Product working principle

The stirring impeller rotates and stirs the liquid under the drive of the motor, generating a rotating jet and using the shear stress along the jet surface to mix. The liquid outside the flow field is stirred by friction, forming a volumetric flow while extremely mixing. The controlled fluid transport is achieved by applying a large volume flow mode.

The installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly install and disassemble the submersible mixer without the need to discharge sewage from the pool;

The installation system I is only suitable for pool depths<4m, and the models are QJB0.85/8-260/3-740C and QJB1.5/6-260/3-980C mixers. I-1 can be adjusted in both horizontal and vertical directions;

Installation systems II, III, IV, and VI are suitable for pools with a depth of ≥ 4m. The guide rod can rotate horizontally around the axis of the guide rod, with a large angle of -60 °~+60 °.

When the depth of the pool is greater than 4 meters, a support frame should be added in the middle of the guide rod;

The support frame and lower bracket are fixed to the pool wall and bottom with steel expansion bolts, without the need for reserved holes;

When placing an order, please provide a pool depth and pool type diagram to determine the size of the guide rod and the number of support frames;
