Working Principle:

The sewage flows into the hollow drum and flows out from the inside of the filter screen to the outside due to gravity. The suspended solids in the water are trapped inside the stainless steel filter screen. The drum rotates slowly. The backwash pump extracts filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The flushing water is used to flush the filter screen from the outside to the inside through the nozzle located at the top of the drum. The particles washed off are collected by the backwash water collection tank and discharged from the equipment through the sewage pipeline.

Composition: The device consists of an equipment box, a filtering part, a driving system, a backwashing system, and an automatic control system.

9. Low water consumption for flushing: Impurities are not easily accumulated on the filter screen, and high-pressure backwashing water can easily remove impurities. The water used is taken from filtered water, with a water consumption of 0.3% of the treated water, which is much lower than the water consumption of other similar filters by 3% to 5%. Reduce the burden of post-treatment of backwash wastewater.
