1. Cause analysis and solutions
1.1 Human factors
(1) Production operators are responsible for differential pressuretransmitterThe operation error of the three valve group resulted in the incorrect use of the balance valve and the positive and negative pressure measuring valves, leading to measurement deviation. By providing training on the skills of operators, we aim to improve their proficiencyinstrumentation and metersworking principleProficient in understanding and mastering operational norms.
(2) The auxiliary pressure transmitter of the measuring equipment is turned off or leaking, which cannot provide effective measurement pressure for the accumulator, resulting in output deviation.
1.2 Process factors
(1) The gas well contains a lot of water, causing liquid accumulation at the positive and negative pressure sensing ends of the transmitter, which affects the actual measurement of the differential pressure transmitter of the averaging tube flowmeter. By conducting bubble discharge operations and increasing the number of operations on a single well, monitoring the actual operation of the single well, and at the same time, by processing the internal liquid accumulation at the pressure sensing end of the differential pressure transmitter, correctly reusing it to reduce influencing factors.
(2) The gas well has severe sand production. Under prolonged production conditions, the sealing diaphragm of the differential pressure transmitter is damaged andsensorDamaged, unstable measurement, unable to output reliable measurement values. Through technical analysis, based on the actual situation of sand production, the original Y-shaped filter in the process pipeline was transformed into a sand remover, thereby achieving single well sand control and effectively protecting downstream measuring equipment. The actual measurement effect tends to be stable.
1.3 Equipment factors
(1) Differential pressure transmitter malfunction, with damaged sealing diaphragm and sensor, preventing normal measurement of equipment differential pressure.
(2) The gas well has a large gas volume, and the selected range value of the differential pressure transmitter is too small, exceeding the normal rangedetectionThe range is maintained at the output value of the equipment, which cannot be accurately measured and serves as a reference for actual measurement monitoring.
(3) Due to design flaws in the equipment and poor sealing, water accumulation occurred in the control box of the accumulator, resulting in a malfunction of the extended output short-circuit module and inability to output normal values.
(4) The calculation method of the accumulator is not suitable for the actual operation of gas wells. The calculation method of the accumulator adopts natural gas component measurement in the factory settings, resulting in significant deviations. By comparing the export gas volume of downstream gas gathering stations and calculating, changing the measuring medium of the accumulator provided by the original factory for the first phase project to general gas will greatly reduce the deviation. The actual measurement of upstream gas wells and the export gas volume of downstream gas gathering stations are within the deviation range of the accumulator, and the normal flow fluctuation is within 5%.
