1、 Overview:

Integrated explosion-proof vibration transmitter HZ-892A-EXIt is a fixed installation online vibration measurement device mainly used for measuring vibration velocity values. Its output form is 4mA to 20mA standard current, which is proportional to the magnitude of the vibration value. It can be directly input into PLC/DCS to form a system that can monitor and protect equipment such as centrifugal pumps, reciprocating compressors, centrifuges, cooling towers, industrial fans, electric motors, and gas turbines. This device adopts an integrated design of sensors and instrument body. The cast aluminum casing and stainless steel components are waterproof and dustproof, meeting the requirements for industrial installation and use on site. This device has been reviewed by the National Explosion proof Safety Supervision and Inspection Station (NEPSI) and its explosion-proof safety performance meets the relevant requirements of GB3836.1-2000 and GB3836.4-2000 standards. This device must be paired with an isolated safety barrier to form an intrinsically safe explosion-proof system before it can be used in hazardous environments with explosive gas mixtures below Class IIC on site. Suitable for monitoring and protecting equipment such as centrifugal pumps, reciprocating compressors, centrifuges, cooling towers, industrial fans, electric motors, and gas turbines.
