Description of oil-water separation integrated equipment

The oil-water separation integrated equipment is a new generation of fully automatic product that combines all advantages, overcomes all shortcomings, and improves the overall performance of the equipment while maintaining its original functions. It is developed based on advanced domestic and foreign experience and technology. It is a brand new product that aims to achieve intelligent oil-water separation for the automatic discharge of oily wastewater in the current market. Waste oil above 98% can be recycled and reused, and the oil content in the effluent of the equipment can reach the secondary standard (15mg/L) in the "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996), which can effectively protect the environment and save a lot of operating costs. The fully automatic slag removal and oil separation elevator is an environmentally friendly high-tech product designed for the treatment of oily wastewater.


Scope of application of oil-water separation integrated equipment

This product is widely used for oil-water separation of oily water containing various mineral oils (excluding crude oil), vegetable oils, animal oils, or their mixtures, such as hotels, restaurants, public canteens, restaurants, factories, hospitals, schools, government agencies, auto repair shops, machinery repair shops, gas stations and industrial and mining enterprises, oil fields, petrochemicals, refining, oil and fat production, meat processing (slaughter) plants and other industries, as well as the problem of sewer blockage and sewage overflow caused by oil solidification in cold seasons.


Working principle of oil-water separation integrated equipment

The oil-water separation integrated equipment is basically equipped with five functional areas: slag removal area, heating oil removal area, air flotation deepening filtration area, automatic oil scraping and drainage area, and automatic lifting and drainage area. The equipment is equipped with automatic slag removal device, automatic heating (intelligent temperature control), air flotation device, automatic oil scraping function, etc. Through the intelligent control system, various functions are set. The equipment has added the function of automatic discharge of residue and floating oil and automatic lifting of sewage. Floating oil can be discharged through the built-in valve of the equipment, greatly facilitating daily maintenance work. Ensured the efficiency and quality of oil and water separation. When the sewage enters the first functional area, all particles of meal residue are automatically discharged, and then it enters the heating automatic oil removal area to quickly separate solidified oil stains. Then it enters the air flotation deepening filtration area, where the oil stains quickly rise to the surface through extremely small bubbles. It then enters the automatic oil scraping and oil discharge area, where the mechanical oil scraping system automatically scrapes the floating oil into the oil collection tank. Finally, it enters the automatic lifting and discharge area, where clean sewage is discharged into the urban sewage pipe network through a lifting pump.


Characteristics of oil-water separation integrated equipment

1. Adopting the principle of three-phase separation, the slag is first removed and then the oil and fat are separated. Combined with automatic slag removal, oil removal, and lifting methods, the sewage is strengthened for high pollutant removal efficiency and good effluent effect, making the separation of oil, water, and meal residue more thorough.

2. The equipment is equipped with automatic deslagging, automatic heating, air flotation device, automatic oil scraping and lifting device, which can effectively discharge vegetable dregs, floating oil, suspended solids, caked animal oil, and saponified tofu pudding like grease or hard lumps.

3. Floating oil and meal residues are relatively concentrated, making them easy to handle and creating conditions for efficient and centralized waste collection in the future, effectively avoiding secondary environmental pollution, recycling pollutants, and energy conservation and emission reduction.

4. Simple in structure and stable in use, it is favored by the catering industry such as large and medium-sized hotels, office buildings, tourist resorts, and food courts, becoming a new environmentally friendly product that replaces ordinary oil separators (similar oil-water separation equipment).

5. Advanced technology and high degree of automation: The equipment adopts automatic/manual electric control devices, which can achieve 24-hour operation for slag removal, oil removal, and sewage discharge at any time.

Five functional systems of oil-water separation integrated equipment

1. Automatic slag removal device

When sewage enters the solid-liquid separation zone of the equipment, solid particles larger than 3mm are intercepted and discharged through an automatic slag removal device, achieving no manual operation and intercepting debris larger than 3.0-4.0mm.

2. Automatic oil scraping

When the oil level in the equipment reaches a certain height, the mechanical oil scraping system will automatically work, scraping the floating oil into the oil collection tank and flowing into the external oil storage tank. After the oil storage tank is filled, it will be removed at regular intervals.

3. Air flotation device

An air flotation device is installed in the oil separation zone of the oil-water separation integrated equipment. The air flotation device is composed of a micro blower and a micro porous aerator. The purpose is to make the grease in the sewage in the oil separation zone adhere to tiny bubbles and quickly float up, eventually surfacing. When the floating oil layer reaches a certain height, the automatic oil scraping system will scrape it into the oil collection tank, thus achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.

4. Heating system

To prevent the freezing of animal oil in winter from affecting the oil separation and scraping effect, our company provides an automatic oil scraping oil separator, which is also equipped with a heater in the oil collection area to ensure that the oil will not solidify into blocks at low temperatures, which is more conducive to the discharge of oil.

5. Automatic lifting zone

The sewage treated by the oil-water separation integrated equipment is collected in the outlet channel and finally flows through the oil separator to the sewage lifting area for enhanced discharge. Lift pump: dual pump structure, alternating operation, mutually backup. When the sewage reaches the set liquid level, the water pump automatically starts to lift and discharge the sewage. When the liquid level is low, the single pump starts, and when the liquid level is medium, the dual pump starts.
