1. During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to regularly and irregularly check whether the sound of the integrated prefabricated pump station is normal, whether there are abnormal phenomena such as leakage, high temperature, and fault alarms. The pump should be stopped for inspection, and the problems and fault phenomena should be reported to the on duty leader or mechanic.
2. Check if the temperature inside the pump control box is too high. If the temperature is too high, stop the machine immediately, open the control box door for better heat dissipation, and then start the pump.
3. Inspect the collection well every 2 hours, and ensure that the water level does not exceed the set minimum value. When the maximum water level is set, the frequency and number of pumps should be adjusted in a timely manner.
Pump stop program
1. Press the stop button of the frequency converter.
2. After the frequency converter displays zero frequency, press the stop button outside the control cabinet to stop the operation of the integrated prefabricated pump station.
