Intelligent integrated prefabricated pump stationIt is an integrated technology that combines water pump, pumping station technology, manufacturing systems, and remote technology. Composed of components such as wellbore, submersible pump, grille system, lifting chain, pipeline, valve, liquid level sensor, control system, and ventilation system, it is easy to operate and maintain, making it convenient for customers. The cylinder is made of high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic prefabricated cylinder, and various equipment components are integrated into this movable prefabricated cylinder. The prefabricated cylinder is vertically buried underground. Adopting an intelligent fully automatic remote control system, the water discharge is automatically adjusted according to the size of the water storage capacity.

7. Industrial control design: Adopting Schneider Electric, touch screen design, including communication RS485 interface. The pump station should have manual control, automatic control, and remote detection functions, and different control modes should be able to be freely switched between.
8. New material: The pump station cylinder structure is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) and equipped with equipment from the Italian company VEM. It is fully automated and continuously wound to ensure uniform thickness and design rigidity, with stable and excellent quality.
