Overview
Before leaving the factory and during major repairs, the no-load and load tests of transformers are important experimental projects for transformer manufacturers and power supply and consumption departments to test the quality of transformers and reduce power supply losses. Based on the actual needs of customers and on-site experimental conditions, the transformer loss parameter tester has performance characteristics such as accurate and reliable test data, intuitive human-machine interface dialogue, easy operation, and convenient portability. It is an updated product for transformer characteristic testing and an ideal testing equipment for power departments and transformer manufacturers.

Features:
Can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss of transformers;
Harmonic testing can be conducted to analyze up to the 31st harmonic;
When conducting no-load and load tests on three-phase transformers, the instrument can automatically determine whether the wiring is correct and display vector diagrams of three-phase voltage and current.
A single machine can measure the load experiment of distribution transformers below 1000kVA under full current; Measurement of load tests for distribution transformers below 3150kVA that can be completed at one-third of the rated current;
The instrument can preset 40 sets of test sample parameters by the user, and these parameters can be deleted and added at any time as needed, making it very convenient to use;
● Allow external voltage and current transformers for extended range measurement, capable of measuring any parameter of the test sample.
