Vacuum degassing adopts the principle of differential pressure degassing and can be applied to any water system. Its strong degassing ability ensures the safe and efficient removal of free and dissolved gases from the system, enabling the system to operate safely and reliably.

2. Working principle of vacuum degassing machine:

According to Henry's Law, the solubility of gas in water is related to water temperature and pressure, and at a certain temperature, it is directly proportional to the pressure of the gas. Under a certain pressure, it is inversely proportional to the water temperature. When the pressure on the water surface is reduced, gases in the water can be released at lower water temperatures, thereby removing the gases from the water. A vacuum degassing (deoxygenation) machine releases free and dissolved gases from water through the vacuum generated in the machine, and then exhausts the system through an automatic exhaust valve. The degassed water is then injected into the system. The vacuum degassing machine repeats this cycle every 20-30 seconds. In this cycle, Z will eventually remove all gases from the system water.

3. Advantages of vacuum degassing equipment:

(6) The working time and cycle of the compressor can be adjusted as needed.

(7) The capacity of a single applicable system can reach up to 150 m3, and multiple units can be used in parallel.
