1. Adopting a four valve mechanism to control the air supply power device ensures stable pressure during air permeability testing, providing necessary testing conditions for accurate detection and saving energy.
2. Using high-precision frequency converters to control the accuracy and fluctuation time of pressure.
3. The box is equipped with riot lights to facilitate the observation of water leakage or seepage during the water tightness testing process.
4. The use of parallelogram mechanisms for detecting in-plane displacement is a national arbitration detection method.
5. Rainwater spraying adopts external spraying method, circulating water treatment, and water tank anti-corrosion treatment. Water droplets meet the moderate rain standard and can be sprayed as a uniform water curtain, with a water volume that meets national standards.
6. Adopting an automatic control system, the entire system is operated through a computer, including the start of fans, the start of water pumps, the opening and closing of valves, etc.
7. The experimental control system can be automatically controlled by computers and manually controlled by humans. The testing software has automatic detection, automatic collection, automatic generation of test results and actual test curves, and automatic issuance of test reports and original records. It has two report formats, which can be customized in Word or used in our center's report format.
8. The software can record the detection status in real time, and the test data has an automatic power-off saving function. That is, if the test process is suddenly interrupted, the detected data will also be saved in the database, and a report can be automatically generated based on the existing data.
9. Open Access database management has strong compatibility and can seamlessly connect with any management software.
10. Under the self weight of the curtain wall, the in-plane deformation of the horizontal frame shall not exceed 5mm.
11. The external deformation of the installation cross frame under the maximum test wind load is less than 1/1000 of its span.
12. Under the maximum detection pressure difference, the deformation of the installation frame does not affect the performance of the curtain wall. The in-plane deformation of the hanging part under the gravity of the curtain wall shall not exceed 5mm.
13. Airtightness testing: additional air permeability testing for positive and negative pressure, air permeability testing for fixed parts, and pressure rise and fall testing for total air permeability. The entire pressure control process takes about 40 minutes.
14. Water tightness testing: pressurization speed: 60Pa~120Pa/s, the entire process takes 40-60 minutes.
15. Wind pressure resistance testing: The entire process takes 10-20 minutes.
