TIM-GGIIPipeline Corrosion Leakage Magnetic Scanning Detection SystemMainly used to detect various defects such as inner and outer wall corrosion thinning, pitting, cracking, perforation, etc. caused by erosion, medium corrosion, high temperature and harsh environment. This system can determine the location and size of defects on the inner and outer walls, and perform fast and comprehensive scanning detection. It is divided into a host and a variable diameter pipeline magnetic leakage scanning detection probe. It can also customize magnetic leakage scanning detection probes for different applicable pipeline outer diameters according to customer detection requirements. When using the instrument, there is no need to polish or apply coupling agents, and there is no need to clean the surface, penetrable coatings, paint layers, anti-corrosion coatings, and other non ferromagnetic materials.

2) The host of the magnetic detection system can be matched with the magnetization head of the handheld tank bottom leakage magnetic scanning detector and the magnetization head of the variable diameter pipeline leakage magnetic scanning detector.

4、 Magnetic head performance and characteristics:
1. The magnetization head adopts TMR magnetic sensor, which has a detection sensitivity 5-6 times higher than traditional Hall sensors; TMR magnetic sensors are less affected by temperature changes in the detection environment;
2. Data can be collected, stored, and displayed in real-time. After a single scan detection is completed, a defect color band map can be formed. After the entire pipeline detection is completed, a pipeline axial unfolding defect color band map can be automatically generated;
3. The software has a fully Chinese interface, can automatically generate detection reports, and can be customized and developed according to user requirements;
4. The sensor array spacing is 8mm, and the displacement encoder starts data acquisition every 0.22mm.
