Principle Overview

Using ion rod water treatment technology to remove and prevent scale from the water system. Ionic rods change the electronic structure of water molecules through the direct action of high-voltage electrostatic fields, so that the cations contained in water do not tend towards the reactor wall, thereby achieving the purpose of scale prevention. In the scaling system, it can break the binding force between molecules, change the crystal structure, promote the loosening of hard scale, gradually peel off and detach the already formed scale, and achieve the purpose of descaling. Experiments have shown that after electrostatic treatment, it produces a highly corrosion-resistant oxide black film on the metal surface in a scale free system, thereby slowing down further corrosion of the metal.

An ion rod is composed of an electrode rod body cured by a special process, insulated at both ends, and a high-voltage electrostatic generator that converts 220V, 50Hz AC power into 7500V or 10000V DC power. During operation, a high-voltage electrostatic field is generated around the electrode rod, so there is no problem of dielectric effect.

Scale prevention: The ion rod water processor changes the electronic structure of water molecules through the direct action of a 10000V high-voltage electrostatic field. The water dipole surrounds the anions and cations in the water and arranges them in a chain like orderly manner in positive and negative order, preventing them from moving. The cations in the water do not tend towards the wall, preventing calcium and magnesium ions from forming scale on the wall, thus achieving the purpose of scale prevention.

Scale removal: Due to the effect of static electricity, the electronic binding force between scale molecules can be destroyed in the scaling system, the crystal structure can be changed, the hard scale can be loosened, and the water dipole distance can be increased to enhance its hydration ability with salt ions, thereby increasing the dissolution rate of scale and gradually eroding and shedding the already produced scale, thus achieving the purpose of scale removal.

Algae killing: The ion stick water processor produces a certain amount of oxygen such as O2-, · OH, H2O2, which can destroy the ion channels of biological cells, alter the biological field in which bacteria and algae survive, affect the physiological metabolism of bacteria, and thus play a role in algae killing.
