JYR Intelligent Single and Three Phase Handheld Transformer Ratio Tester
Detection Principle:
Under the action of higher frequency voltage, each winding of the transformer can be regarded as a passive linear dual port network composed of distributed parameters such as linear resistance, inductance (mutual inductance), capacitance, etc. Its internal characteristics can be described by the transfer function H (j ω). If the winding deforms, the distributed inductance, capacitance and other parameters inside the winding will inevitably change, causing the zero and pole points of the equivalent network transfer function H (j ω) to change, resulting in a change in the frequency response characteristics of the network.
The amplitude frequency response characteristics of transformer windings are obtained by frequency scanning. Continuously changing the frequency f (angular frequency ω=2 π f) of the externally applied sine wave excitation source VS, measuring the ratio of the signal amplitudes of the response terminal voltage V2 and the excitation terminal voltage V1 at different frequencies, and obtaining the amplitude frequency response curves of the winding under the excitation and response terminal conditions. L. K and C respectively represent the distributed inductance, distributed capacitance, and ground distributed capacitance per unit length of the winding. V1 and V2 are the excitation terminal voltage and response terminal voltage of the equivalent network, VS is the sine wave excitation signal source voltage, RS is the signal source output impedance, and R is the matching resistance.

Operation Method:
1. Connection:
Turn off the power switch of the instrument, and connect A, B, and C of the instrument to the high voltage end and the low voltage end of the transformer.
The neutral point of the transformer is not connected to the instrument or the ground. Connect the instrument ground wire. Insert one end of the power cord into the power socket on the instrument panel, and connect the other end to an AC 220V power supply.
Caution: Do not reverse the high and low voltage connections of the transformer!
2. Turn on the power switch of the instrument, and later the main menu will appear on the LCD screen, as shown in Figure 3
At this point, you can press the "↑" key to select the function menu.
Press the 'Confirm' button to execute the corresponding function.
Note: When selecting a menu, the menu text will be displayed in reverse (with white text on a black background);
Press the button, release the button, for one key input.
3. Connection setting: After entering the wiring method setting, the LCD screen displays
At this point, press the "↑" key to select the connection method (single-phase, Yy, Y/d, Dd, D/y).
Press the 'Confirm' button to save the connection and return to the main menu
