1. When installing the pump, a sturdy horizontal surface should be selected, the body should be kept vertical and fixed.

2. Try to avoid installing the machine outdoors as much as possible. If it must be installed outdoors, it should be covered with a protective cover. If the pump is equipped with an electronic controller, it must be protected.

3. Before piping, the chemical properties, temperature conditions, and delivery head should be considered, and different pipe materials should be selected to meet the actual requirements. For example, if the temperature is above 60 ℃, PP pipe fittings should be selected for installation.

4. When piping, attention should be paid to the absence of any impurities or debris inside the pipe, and if necessary, the pipe should be cleaned with clean water.

5. The flange joint should be lined with gaskets and securely locked to prevent air from being drawn into the pump.

6. When piping, attention should be paid to not twisting the pipeline with force. After installation, check whether the pump has been twisted or deformed due to excessive force or incorrect installation.

7. After the installation of the pump, it is necessary to confirm whether the pipeline is secure again to avoid damage caused by vibration.

8. Before connecting the power cord, it should be confirmed whether the power source used is compatible with the motor type, and the overcurrent protection switch should be connected.

9. If the height of the outlet piping is higher than the motor or there is reverse pressure, please install a check valve at the pump outlet, and do not exceed the liquid level line too much.

10. For safety reasons, the inlet filter of the device is used to prevent the pump from being damaged by inhaling debris.

11. The inlet connecting flange must have the same diameter as the inlet flange, and the outlet connecting flange must have the same diameter as the outlet flange. Warning: Too tight or too loose can affect traffic performance and even safety. Please ensure that all nuts are securely fastened. Failure to do so may cause liquid leakage, while tightening them too tightly may result in detachment and damage. Please have personnel familiar with the installation method of this machine and equipment install it.

12. The voltage used for the pump motor can refer to the motor nameplate. The circuit connection diagram can be found on the motor connection box.

1. Before operation, please confirm whether the selected specifications are suitable for the chemical properties to be used. (Please pay attention to the medication, concentration, temperature, specific gravity, impurities, flow rate, head, and voltage)

2. Check if the motor wiring is correct, if the pipeline is open and the power is turned on, rotate it clockwise. If there is an error, please change the wiring to make it operate correctly.

3. Tighten the pump inlet and outlet flanges, ensure proper piping, and secure them firmly.

4. Check if the pump water output is normal after the motor direction is correct.

5. Please check if there are any leaks in the pipelines and pumps, if the flow path of the pipelines is correct, and if the liquid in the medicine tank is normal.

6. Are protective clothing, face shields, and safety shoes and socks worn when operating in hazardous environments or liquids.

7. Check various protective switches. Whether the liquid switch, tank level controller, and power protection switch are all in their normal operating positions.

8. After starting the power supply, check whether the outlet flow is normal. If the flow is too small, stop the power supply immediately, and then check the inlet and outlet pipelines to remove obstacles.

9. When the pump is running, the liquid level of the transported liquid must exceed the position of the pump impeller before the pump can transport the liquid, otherwise it is idle running.
