Installation and precautions:

1Before installation, the pump and motor should be inspected to ensure that all parts are intact and free of debris inside the pump.

3Place the unit on the foundation and place a pair of wedge pads between the bottom plate and the foundation. Adjust the high-speed pads to align the level of the pump.

5When the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump are rigid hard pipes connected to the pump, the center of the inlet and outlet pipelines should be consistent with the center of the pump inlet and outlet flanges, and expansion joints should be installed for soft connections. It is strictly prohibited to cause accidental damage by pulling or forcefully connecting import and export pipelines.

7The phenomenon of parallel connection of pump inlet pipelines should be minimized as much as possible. If parallel connection is necessary, the number should not exceed two, and the cross-sectional area of parallel pipelines should be bolded according to the number of parallel connections.

9To prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet with a filtration area greater than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline3-4Twice.

11It is necessary to ensure that the cavitation allowance of the device is greater than that of the pump, and to consider pipeline losses and medium temperature.

12When the medium temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken for the machine seal to prevent deformation,The static ring is cracked.
