The disc feeder, also known as the disc feeder, is a feeding equipment suitable for fine ore below 20mm. KR seat disc feeder is mainly used in the production processes of coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electric and other industries.
The disc feeder is a commonly used feeding equipment for medium and fine-grained materials. Its function is to provide material supply to other equipment. Using a disc feeder can evenly feed materials into one equipment, allowing the next process to work normally, saving labor, and protecting the performance of the equipment, extending the service life of the entire production line equipment.
The structural composition of KR seat disc feeder
The disc feeder consists of a driving device, a feeder body, a measuring belt conveyor, and a measuring device. The KR seat type disc feeder is composed of an electric motor that drives disc bodies of different specifications and diameters through cylindrical gear reducers with different speed ratios.
The disc feeder has two types of transmission: open transmission and closed transmission, with a total of four specifications.
Product usage precautions
- The transmission layout is divided into Type I and Type II according to the relative position between the reducer and the disc, and if not specified, it should be supplied according to the working type;
- The KR seat type disc feeder is supplied normally according to the Y series electric motor;
- The feeding sleeve of KR seat disc feeder is open type;
- The panel lining plate is supplied as 16Mn steel plate;
- Products with special technical or auxiliary design requirements can be designed separately.
