LY-UHZ-2 series magnetic flip column level gauge

1、 Product Introduction

The LY-UHZ-2 series magnetic flip column liquid level gauge is a new generation of liquid level measuring instrument that has been successfully developed based on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation in China. It is organized and produced according to the magnetic liquid level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. It can be used for detecting the liquid level (interface) of liquid media in equipment made of various materials. Due to the complete isolation between the detection and display parts of this series of liquid level gauges, it has unique advantages in measuring the liquid level of high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. It has higher reliability and safety than traditional glass tube and plate level gauges.

2、 Product Features

Magnetic level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy (Archimedes' law) combined with magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator (ruler) through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to rotate. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container.

This series of liquid level gauges is equipped with liquid level control and alarm switches, which can achieve liquid level control, alarm and interlocking. Equipped with a built-in integrated liquid level transmitter, the liquid level (interface) signal can be converted into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal, realizing remote detection and control of liquid level. It is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, food and other production processes.
