LYMD20 series online density meter

Overview

The LYMD20 series intelligent online density meter is an automated measuring instrument used for online density measurement of various liquids or liquid mixtures. The principle of the online density meter is differential pressure transmitter, which is widely used in environmental protection desulfurization, petroleum, food, chemical, paper industry, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, mining, and so on. Due to the 4-20mA standard two-wire current signal output of the density meter, it can be easily matched with the upper computer, PLC, and various display instruments to achieve remote monitoring and control of density.

working principle

The pressure generated by a liquid column at a certain height is directly proportional to the density of the liquid. Namely:

P=ρgh

In the formula: P - the pressure generated by a liquid column of a certain height

ρ - density of the liquid

G - Measurement of ground gravity acceleration

H - height of liquid column

Based on the pressure value measured by the pressure gauge, the density value of the measured liquid can be obtained under the condition that the ground acceleration and the height of the liquid column are known.
