The design of deepwater high lift submersible sewage pumps reflects the requirement of high reliability everywhere.
Electric motor: Special insulation design ensures that the motor can still function normally in environments with minimal water ingress. The optimized design of the motor ensures that the water pump can start up in an environment where hydraulic components are partially submerged by sediment.
Hydraulic components: The design utilizes CFD and flow field diagnostic techniques, which have advantages such as high head, full head, high efficiency, no blockage, and wear resistance, and are at a high level. The project results have been applied for invention.
Sealing design: In order to meet the requirements of deep diving, multiple improvement measures have been adopted in the sealing of the water pump, including * sealing technology, which enables the water pump to operate at a depth of 100m underwater.
Protection measures: In addition to conventional motor protection, leakage detectors are also installed in the junction box chamber, motor chamber, and oil chamber. Two sets of stator overheating protection devices, one in use and one backup, are installed in the motor stator winding.
