Soft water system: Conventional tap water contains a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions. During the electrolysis process, calcium and magnesium ions absorb electrical energy and produce precipitate substances that adhere to the electrode surface, increasing energy consumption and reducing electrolysis efficiency. Our company has equipped a professional soft water device to soften the tap water before use, which can improve electrode life and electrolysis efficiency.

Salt dissolution system: Our company has equipped a salt dissolution pump, which is convenient for customers to operate and can quickly prepare the required saturated saline solution.

Diluted salt water distribution system: The concentration of salt water during the electrolysis process has a great impact on the electrolysis efficiency. Preparing stable diluted salt water is an important step in the electrolysis process. Our company uses a German imported Projet metering pump to provide stable flow rates of saturated salt water and softened water. Through precise control of the metering pump, the diluted salt water is proportionally diluted to a concentration of 3% -3.5%.

Sodium hypochlorite generator: Made of pure titanium electrodes, the anode surface is coated with DAS for corrosion protection, ensuring the lifespan of the electrodes.

Acid washing system: After a period of use, the electrode surface of the electrolytic cell will scale, and it needs to be cleaned regularly with an acid washing system to ensure the electrolysis efficiency and service life of the electrode. Our acid washing system is set as a fully automatic cleaning system, which can set the cleaning cycle, clean regularly, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment;
