Overview

Chongqing Tongrui brand ZJB-10 series heated mobile insulation oil vacuum purification and filtration device, especially suitable for purifying unqualified transformer oil insulation oil. Filter equipment and tools for transformer maintenance in small power plants are either missing or not available. The three-dimensional high-efficiency flash evaporation technology has an efficiency 5-8 times higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil filters.

Product Details

Advantage:

This machine belongs to a new type of high-efficiency vacuum oil filter, with three-dimensional flash evaporation and microgram technology, and adopts a combination of mesh filtration and polymer adsorption for impurity removal technology. Its efficiency is 5-8 times higher than that of general vacuum oil filters, and it does not require any consumables, with extremely low energy consumption.

working principle

When the oil filter is working, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of internal and external pressure difference, and large particle impurities are filtered out. After multi-stage infrared heating, the oil enters a specially customized vacuum separator, where it first forms a mist and then a film, expanding its contact area in vacuum to hundreds of times its original size. Moisture and other harmful gases in the oil are quickly vaporized under high heat, high vacuum degree, large surface, and high pumping speed conditions and discharged from the vacuum system.

The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enters the cooler for further cooling. The condensed water enters the water storage tank and is discharged. After two rounds of condensation and dehumidification, the gas is discharged into the air by the vacuum pump.

The dry oil liquid after vacuum vaporization and dehydration in the vacuum separator is pumped from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump, filtered, and then discharged from the outlet to complete the entire oil purification process.
