The wastewater from the breeding farm first passes through a grid pool, where coarse solid debris is removed through an artificial grid before entering a regulating pool. The regulating pool can adjust the water quality and quantity, and evenly regulate the severe fluctuations in water quality and quantity to ensure that its concentration meets the fermentation requirements.
The aquaculture wastewater is lifted into the anaerobic fermentation tank. The aquaculture wastewater is in an anaerobic state, and the organic matter in the wastewater is decomposed into methane water and carbon dioxide by anaerobic and methanogenic bacteria. Anaerobic effluent enters the biological aerobic contact oxidation tank for aerobic biochemical treatment. The small molecular organic compounds hydrolyzed in the anaerobic tank are further decomposed by aerobic microorganisms here; Biological packing is installed in the pool, and the bottom of the pool is exposed. Aerobic bacteria attach to the packing to form a biofilm, which relies on the nutrients provided by the organic matter in the wastewater. Under sufficient exposure conditions, the organic matter in the aquaculture wastewater is consumed, achieving the goal of reducing the organic matter in the aquaculture wastewater.
After contact oxidation, the effluent undergoes sedimentation treatment and flows into the oxidation pond. The aeration device installed in the oxidation pond can further treat aquaculture wastewater. The oxidation pond has high treatment efficiency for low concentration machine wastewater and also has the effect of removing nitrogen and phosphorus. After treatment in the oxidation pond, the aquaculture wastewater meets the agricultural water standards. After passing through the oxidation pond, the aquaculture wastewater is injected into the reuse water tank, which is equipped with a reuse water pump. 60% of the treated wastewater is used as flushing water for the aquaculture farm through the reuse water pump. The remaining 40% of the standard water is raised here as irrigation water for farmland, achieving partial recycling and utilization.

Product Features

The steel structure integrated sewage treatment equipment can be buried underground, and the surface can be used as green or square land. Therefore, the equipment does not occupy the surface area, does not require building, and does not require heating and insulation. The sewage treatment consists of secondary tanks, made of steel structure and buried shallowly. The equipment is coated with acid, alkali, salt, gasoline, kerosene, aging resistance, abrasion resistance, and rust prevention. After applying the coating, the lifespan of the equipment can generally exceed 20 years.

1. The personnel first need to open the inlet valve and outlet valve, start the equipment inlet lifting water pump, and transport the sewage from the regulating tank to the local sewage treatment equipment.

2. For first-time use and debugging of equipment, when the water level reaches half of the height of the equipment, stop the water pump from entering, open the inlet valve of the fan, turn on the fan, slowly open the outlet valve of the fan, and after 48 hours of exposure to the contact oxygen tank, start the water inlet lifting pump to add sewage to three-quarters of the equipment, and then expose it to the tank for 24 hours. 3. The staff should touch the seasoning with their hands to see if it feels sticky, and observe the growth of microorganisms in the water until a biofilm grows before continuing to deliver sewage to the equipment. The water volume should gradually increase to the design water volume.

4. Regularly observe the growth of microorganisms in water, and if any abnormalities are found, promptly control the inflow amount and adjust it.

5. To observe the flow state of the water in the secondary sedimentation tank, the water collection in the outlet weir must be uniform. Generally, sludge must be collected every 24 hours. When sludge is collected, the sludge solenoid valve should be opened and the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank should be lifted to the sludge tank by lifting.

6. The buried integrated sewage treatment equipment adds disinfectant to the disinfection tank as needed. The water from the secondary sedimentation tank passes through the disinfectant dosing tank, and the agent is partially dissolved to achieve disinfection. After the treated water is left in the clean water tank for about 0.5 hours, it meets the discharge requirements and can be released into the external water body.

7. After the equipment debugging is completed and normal, the system can enter, and the operation of the water pump and fan can be switched to the state on site. Afterwards, it is necessary to regularly test the effluent quality of the buried integrated sewage treatment equipment to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly.
