The selection of sewage treatment equipment process is the key to sewage treatment design, whether the process will directly affect engineering investment, operation, and management safety. The determination of the process flow should be based on factors such as nature, treatment requirements, discharge direction, and technical conditions
Sewage treatment equipmentBased on the summary of the operating experience of domestic wastewater treatment equipment both domestically and internationally, and combined with our own scientific research achievements and engineering practices, we have designed a complete set of underground wastewater treatment equipment that can remove BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. It has the advantages of reliable technology, low investment, automated operation, convenient maintenance, no land occupation, no need for building, and no need for heating and insulation. Flowers and grass can be planted on the ground without affecting the surrounding environment.
The sludge discharged during the sewage treatment process is calculated at an average of 0.7-1 liters per day, with a water content of 95% and containing 70-80% of the total pathogens in the sewage. It must be disinfected. Disinfection methods include heating disinfection, chemical disinfection, gamma ray disinfection, etc. The heat source for heating and disinfection is usually steam, electricity, or bioenergy (high-temperature composting), and in areas where solar energy can be used. Alternatively, incineration can be used for treatment (see sludge incineration). Chemical disinfectants such as lime, ammonia water, or caustic soda can be used for disinfection. The amount of chlorine used is about 2.5% of the sludge volume. When using alkaline agents, the effect is very good when the pH value of the sludge reaches 12 and is maintained for more than half an hour. The selection of sewage treatment process is the key to sewage treatment design, whether the process will directly affect engineering investment, operation, and management safety. The basic principles for determining the process flow based on factors such as nature, treatment requirements, discharge direction, and technical conditions are:
1、 Determine whether to use self discharge or lift disinfection process based on the difference between the height of the sewage discharge outlet and the height of the connected urban sewer. If the height difference is greater than 600mm, the siphon fixed ratio self discharge disinfection process can be used. If the height difference is small, the sonic automatic fixed ratio chlorine disinfection process or the lifting fixed ratio chlorine disinfection process can be used.
2、 Select the type of disinfectant based on its nature, scale, and technical conditions. Generally, large and medium-sized use liquid CL disinfection process. Sodium hypochlorite disinfection process can be used in densely populated areas. Ozone disinfection process can be used for infectious diseases under certain conditions, while chlorine tablet disinfection process can be used for small cases.
3、 Radioactive wastewater, heavy metal wastewater, and other special wastewater should be treated separately using corresponding treatment processes. For example, radioactive wastewater can be treated using old decay storage tanks, while heavy metal wastewater can be treated using chemical or ion exchange methods.
processing technology
Modern sewage treatment technology can be divided into first, second, and third treatments according to the degree of treatment. Generally, the degree of sewage treatment is determined based on the water quality and the destination of the treated water.Sewage treatment equipment

a batch
The main purpose is to remove suspended solid pollutants from sewage, and most physical treatment methods can only meet the requirements of primary treatment. After one treatment, the BOD of the sewage can generally be removed by about 30%, which cannot achieve discharge. The first processing belongs to the preprocessing of the second processing.
Two treatments
Mainly removes colloidal and dissolved organic pollutants (BOD, COD) in sewage, with a removal rate of over 90%, achieving discharge of organic pollutants and a suspended solids removal rate of 95%.
triple processing
Further processing of recalcitrant organic matter, soluble organic matter such as nitrogen and phosphorus that can lead to eutrophication of water bodies. The main methods include biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, coagulation precipitation, sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, and electrodialysis.
