1、 The performance and technical parameters of the prefabricated pump station are shown in the design drawings
Usage conditions:
Liquids: urban sewage, rainwater, drainage, wastewater, and source water.
The liquid temperature is below 40 ℃, and the liquid pH is between 4 and 10.

2、 Prefabricated pump station design
Modular wet well pump station: The water pump adopts self coupling wet installation, and the water pump room and inlet well are integrated in the same wellbore, with an internal maintenance platform and ground control panel. Require simple operation and maintenance, pre installation and factory testing before transportation to minimize on-site installation time and improve system reliability.

4、 Prefabricated pump station construction
1. Anti slip roof cover
Made of fiber wrapped fiberglass and equipped with anti-theft safety locks, it has the function of easy opening.
2. Pump station cover
Made of fiberglass, with stainless steel basket grille, ventilation exhaust pipe, and handrail.
3. Fiberglass cylinder body
Continuously wrapped reinforced fiberglass cylinder. Adopting computer-controlled winding process to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. The quality is stable and excellent, and an anti leakage test is required before leaving the factory to ensure no leakage.
4. Hanging ear
External integrated lifting ears are easy to install.
5. Supporting water pump
Equipped with domestic and foreign submersible sewage pumps, within the designed load range, there is no vibration or cavitation phenomenon, and the operation is stable. All rotating components of the pump (including the motor) undergo dynamic and static balance tests during manufacturing. The operating noise of the pump is below 80dB (A).
The self coupling installation submersible sewage pump is equipped with a water outlet bend, an self coupling base, and stainless steel pipe guide rails and lifting chains that serve as connections during movement and automatic positioning. The water pump can slide freely between the top of the pump pit and the self coupling base through guide rails. The sealing between the water pump and the coupling base is a metal to metal connection and sealed by an auxiliary rubber ring.
6. Pressure pipeline.
Stainless steel pressure pipeline. All pipelines undergo pressure testing before leaving the factory to prevent leakage. Imported pipeline DN400. Configure various flanges according to design requirements.
7. Service Platform
Built in service platform for maintenance and upkeep of valves and water pumps; Customize platforms in different forms, positions, and heights according to requirements.
8. Liquid level sensor
Adopting pressure sensors (standard)/float switches/water level electrodes, matched with monitoring relays, to achieve automatic control and operation of pump station liquid level.
9. Crushing grid
The crushing grid is placed at the inlet of the fiberglass cylinder of the pump station, and it is a submersible crushing grid that is safe and reliable; Equipped with guide rails for easy maintenance and repair.
10. Outdoor stainless steel control cabinet
It can be done manually or automatically. The following control functions can be achieved:

(2) Two in use and one backup, mutually backup, automatic switching, working simultaneously at high water levels, automatic switching in case of faults.
