The vertical tolerance of bearings and rotors shall not exceed 0.05 mm.

When assembling the rotor, the deviation of the parallelism between the two ends of the newspaper must not exceed 0.02mm, and the deviation of the parallelism between the end face and the plate surface must not exceed 0.05mm. When the inlet and outlet directions of the fan are constant with the main shaft position, the space of the rotor pressure angle is constant. Adjustments must be made at two positions on the rotor horizontal line at a 45 ° angle. The rotor space varies for different models.
