Product working principle:
When the wastewater flows into the slag cleaning system, the system automatically discharges the solid impurities, and the remaining waste oil and water use the density difference to separate the oil slag. The wastewater flows down the inclined plate and is collected and discharged through the outlet pipe. Oil droplets in the water gather and flow upwards along the upper surface of the inclined plate, floating on the surface of the water; The constant temperature device is mainly used to prevent the freezing of animal and vegetable oil in winter, which may cause the oil-water separator to malfunction. When the animal and vegetable oil is in a low temperature environment, the constant temperature device automatically starts, heating the oil and water in the low temperature to prevent freezing. The oil dissolved in water is blown onto the water surface by an air flotation device to improve the oil-water separation effect. Then, it is scraped by an automatic oil scraper to the oil receiving tank and discharged from the oil outlet.
