The Minhong Environmental Protection Jingzhan brand MH-YF automatic oil-water separator adopts a unique process principle and equipment structure, combining RF technology, gravity method, biochemical method, and mechanical filtration method to automatically separate slag, oil, and water in oily wastewater as a new generation of environmentally friendly product. Working Principle:
Oily wastewater enters the first stage solvent to separate particle residues. When the oily wastewater passes through a special inclined plate liquid level device, the residence time of the wastewater is shortened. The oil droplets use the kinetic energy of the high-speed flow of the wastewater to continuously collide and accelerate from small to large. A device for generating dissolved water or microbubbles through a dissolved gas system, which rapidly reduces pressure and releases a large number of microbubbles into the water. Several bubbles adhere to the surface of suspended solids or oils in the water, forming a suspended solids with an overall density of less than 1. Through buoyancy, it rises to the water surface to separate solid and liquid (while reducing BOD, COD, chromaticity, etc.), which is an oil-water separation method.
