At the same time, the dual filter drum filter is equipped with two directional valves. During operation, one set of filtration devices is put into operation, and when the directional valve position is changed during cleaning, the other set can operate continuously, ensuring the continuity of the process pipeline.


By using built-in magnets or magnetic materials, a magnetic field is applied to ferromagnetic particles in the fluid to adsorb or aggregate them in specific areas, thereby achieving filtration and removal of these particles. Due to the fact that magnetic materials in filters are typically able to maintain stability in high-temperature environments, they are suitable for filtering some high-temperature industrial fluids.


Magnetic Filter
Composed of a strong magnetic material with high coercivity and a blocking filter screen, it has an adsorption force ten times that of general magnetic materials. It has the ability to adsorb micrometer sized ferromagnetic pollutants under instantaneous liquid flow impact or high flow rate state, and can overcome the re adsorption of ferromagnetic pollutants under high-speed and large impact, thereby avoiding the jamming of hydraulic components or wear of friction pairs, extending the service life of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, and enhancing the reliability of hydraulic systems. Its center is a cylindrical magnet, and the outer part of the magnet is a cover made of non-magnetic material. Several iron rings are wound around the cover, and the iron rings are connected by copper bars, with a certain gap between each iron ring. When ferromagnetic impurities in the hydraulic medium pass through the gap between the iron rings, they are adsorbed on the iron rings, thus playing a filtering role. For easy cleaning, the iron ring is divided into two halves. When impurities block the gap, the iron ring can be removed for cleaning and then reinstalled for repeated use. Magnetic filter cartridges can also be combined with other filter materials to form a composite filter cartridge, which is used for paper filter cartridges on the return oil circuit. The filter paper is composed of an inner and outer cylinder and an oil filter paper sandwiched in the middle, which are bonded together. The inner and outer cylinders are rolled from thin steel plates, with many oil filled circular holes punched on the plates; Fold the filter paper into a star shape to increase the flow area. The central rod of the filter element is equipped with a magnetic filter element composed of many magnetic rings and nylon spacers.
