Water used in industries such as power plants, chemicals, printing and dyeing, papermaking, metallurgy, and minerals contains various impurities such as industrial waste, floating grass, fish and shrimp, snails, etc. due to direct water intake from rivers, lakes, and seas. Sometimes, before entering the water supply system, simple fence filtration is used. For those with better conditions or treated with a primary filter, there are still some small impurities in the treated water. When they accumulate to a certain extent in the water supply system without cleaning, it will lead to a decrease in the flow area, blockage, and in severe cases, shutdown, posing a threat to operation. Our company's newly designed and developed DLS manual water filter can solve the above problems. It has the advantages of high flow rate, low pressure loss, good backwashing, and continuous online filtration backwashing, and has good application prospects in water systems in various industries.

After the manual water filter is connected to the pipeline system, water will enter the manual water filter from the inlet, and the filtered water will flow out from the outlet. When impurities in the water pass through the filter screen, they are trapped on the mesh core due to their larger volume than the mesh holes. When they reach a certain amount, there will be a certain pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. At this time, the mesh core can be rotated for automatic backwashing, and the impurities will be discharged from the sewage outlet by themselves. This cycle can be repeated, and users can automatically backwash and discharge pollutants at regular intervals according to the amount of impurities in the water.
