Structural characteristics of 2CY series gear pump:
The 2CY series gear pump consists of pump body, pump cover, gears, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears have undergone nitriding treatment, resulting in high hardness and wear resistance, and are installed together with the shaft in the shaft sleeve. All operating components inside the pump are lubricated with the medium they transport.
The four bearings inside the pump are installed inside the pump body, and the end face clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the volume ratio is high.
