The main components of the high-pressure gear type slag oil pump, including the pump body, front cover, and rear cover, are made of Q235 ordinary carbon steel material. The gears, thrust plates, etc. are made of alloy structural steel. The high-temperature slag oil pump has undergone special heat treatment, which greatly improves the hardness and wear resistance of each component.

The high-pressure slag oil pump adopts a unique hydraulic balance technology, which enables the pump to have high efficiency, low noise, stable pressure, and long holding time when working at high temperature and high pressure. Due to the use of integral carbon steel material in the high-temperature slag oil pump, the working temperature of the pump can reach 300 ℃, and the working pressure can reach over 4.0MPa, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It is mainly used in important occasions with high temperature, high pressure, and safety requirements for the environment and workplace. It has good adaptability to the high-temperature and high-pressure transportation and injection of various low-grade and low-quality combustion oils.
