The melt flow rate meter (also known as the melt index meter) is a specialized equipment for measuring the melt flow rate of thermoplastic materials under certain conditions. It is designed and manufactured according to the latest national and international standards. It is compact in structure, beautiful in appearance, easy to operate, advanced in performance, and reliable in quality. It adopts a standard modular combination structure, and can directly upgrade and convert the model, so as to synchronously maintain the progressiveness of the precision testing machine. The instrument complies with GB3682; ISO1133; ASTM D 1238; ASTM D 3364; DIN53735; UNI-5640; According to the requirements of JJG878 and other standards, and manufactured in accordance with JB/T5456 "Technical Conditions for Melt Flow Rate Meters".
The melt flow rate (melt index) of thermoplastic refers to the mass or volume of molten plastic passing through a standard die every 10 minutes at a certain temperature and load, expressed as MFR (MI) or MVR value, which can distinguish the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastic in the molten state. The quality assurance of raw materials and products for thermoplastic and synthetic fibers is of great significance. This machine has high temperature control accuracy, key parts undergo nitriding treatment, high strength and hardness, and small deformation, which provides good conditions for accurately measuring flow rate. This product is mainly used in the production, inspection, development, research and other fields of plastics by factories, product quality inspection institutes, scientific research institutions and other units.
