n working principle

YZGW12.8The mining drilling trajectory gas extraction detection instrument is an intelligent and multifunctional in-situ detection device for drilling trajectory gas concentration and extraction negative pressure. The instrument mainly consists of mining intrinsic safety multifunctional probe, mining smartphone, stainless steel push rod, and orifice plug. Install the orifice sealing device on the gas drainage pipe during measurementthreeOn the connector, the push rod passes through the orifice closure device and connects to the probe, pushing the probe to move inside the hole, achieving in-situ measurement of the spatial trajectory, depth, gas concentration along the borehole, and negative pressure of extraction. The measured data is saved in the probe. After the measurement is completed, the probe tube is taken out, and the mining smartphone obtains the measured data of the probe tube through wireless Bluetooth. The on-site display shows the drilling trajectory map, the gas concentration curve throughout the drilling process, and the extraction negative pressure curve.

After synchronizing the probe tube with the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, the carbon fiber push rod can be used to push the probe tube into the drilling hole for measurement.
