1. Steam condensate and evaporated condensate cannot be mixed. Install defoaming devices and defoamer addition devices during the evaporation process to ensure that the conductivity of the evaporated condensate is less than 1ms/cm.

2. This project is an environmental engineering project, and attention should be paid to environmental protection to avoid secondary pollution. Request to improve on-site hygiene conditions and implement the policies of safe production and clean and civilized production. The system should adopt fully enclosed operation, with no risk of exhaust gas or wastewater leakage during operation, to ensure that exhaust gas is discharged in compliance with standards.

3. After the discharge is completed, an automatic blowing system should be set up to ensure that the system can seal tightly when the cylinder returns to its original position, ensuring that the system can be quickly put into use. And ensure that the material at the slag discharge outlet does not accumulate, and the slag discharge proceeds smoothly without the need for manual cleaning. Automatic cleaning before equipment shutdown to prevent crystallization and scaling of residual materials inside the equipment.

4. Insulation scheme: Rock wool insulation is used, with a thickness of 75-100mm for equipment and large pipelines (diameter ≥ 350mm) and 50mm for other pipelines. The protective layer material is aluminum alloy or 304, with a thickness of ≥ 0.3mm. The insulation range is for equipment, tanks, and pipelines with an external temperature ≥ 45 ℃. The equipment and pipeline flanges are separately insulated for easy maintenance.

5. Automatic control:

5.1 In case of system overheating, overpressure or misoperation, measures such as abnormal alarm and automatic shutdown shall be set in the system program to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

5.2 A comprehensive data management system that can achieve requirements such as recording, archiving, statistics, querying, printing, etc.

When the reducer is running, if the operating current exceeds the set value, the equipment will alarm and stop.

6. Control System: Party B is responsible for the design, supply, and after-sales service of the PLC control system for this device; Collaborate to establish communication connections with other PLC systems.

6.1 Control system design principles: Able to complete the analog control (MCS), safety monitoring, alarm, and data acquisition (DAS) functions of the equipment in this section, ensuring the safe, efficient, and stable operation of the equipment. It can achieve centralized control of all devices in the entire system, including centralized start/stop, accident locking, alarm signals, single machine start/stop, etc. The system should be easy to configure, use, and expand. The design of the control system adopts appropriate configuration and self diagnostic functions at the module level.

6.2 Control System Composition: The control system consists of a process control unit, a data communication system, and a human-machine interface. The parameters, alarms, and self diagnostic functions of the control system are displayed on the upper computer monitor. The control system must be technically reliable, progressiveness and open. Capable of communicating with third-party suppliers' networks. The control room must meet the requirements of ventilation, dust prevention, corrosion prevention, etc. The grounding of the PLC system in the control room should meet the system's requirements, along with safety protection grounding, shielding grounding, signal grounding, etc., which should comply with the design specifications. At the same time, the electrical cabinet has functional measures such as dust prevention, heat dissipation, and corrosion prevention.

6.3 Main detection and control items (including but not limited to the following)

B、 Pressure and temperature of steam (including raw steam and secondary steam);

C、 Liquid level of water production tank;

D、 Instantaneous and cumulative flow rates of feed, condensate, etc;

E、 Vapor phase temperature and pressure inside the evaporator;

F、 Liquid level and flow rate of the material;

G、 Power on/off; The operation status of the water pump and other equipment, and supports multi window display.

H、 Abnormal judgment of unloading cylinder switch.

7. The equipment identification mark should be eye-catching, firm, with clear handwriting and electro corrosion printing. The color should be bright and vivid without fading. The factory name and trademark, product standard number, product specification model, factory number, and equipment serial number (equipment traceability number) should be installed and sprayed at the corresponding position of the equipment

8. Packaging and transportation standards
