A vibrating conveyor is a continuous conveying machinery that uses an exciter to vibrate the material trough, causing the material in the trough to slide or throw in a certain direction. The motor vibration conveyor is suitable for uniformly and continuously feeding block, granular, and powdery materials from the storage bin or funnel to the receiving device.
Characteristics of motor vibration conveyor
The motor vibration conveyor can be made into forms such as one inlet and multiple outlets for discharging or multiple inlets and one outlet for discharging. The discharge outlet can be straight, inclined, or curved. Various forms of gates can be installed at the discharge outlet. Multiple layers of conveying can be set up. Can be made into a conveyor screen by adding a sieve mesh. For the convenience of transportation and installation, bolt connected segmented bodies can be made. Equipped with vibration motor frequency converter, speed regulation during operation can be realized. This vibrating conveyor has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low energy consumption, no dust overflow, low tank wear, and low noise.

Structural type of motor vibration conveyor
- Lower vibration type (X): The vibration motor is placed under the conveyor;
- Upper vibration type (S): The vibration motor is placed on top of the feeder;
- Variable speed (T): The vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0-rated frequency;
- Open type (K): The upper part of the conveyor is open, which is more suitable for downward vibration type;
- Sealed (F): The conveyor is sealed except for the inlet and outlet ports;
- Base type (Z): For large (heavy) conveyors, a base type structure is generally used.
