Product Introduction

The working principle of this device is the mass flow mixing method. Using high-precision imported mass flow controllers to control the flow of dilution gas and component gases. The dilution gas can be high-purity nitrogen, pure air, etc. The component gas can be pure gas or a mixture of standard gases with known concentrations. By accurate setting, various standard gases with concentrations ranging from 10-8 to 10-2 can be configured.
