Multi link medium pressure filter, quadruple medium pressure filter

Under the action of pressure difference, the drilling fluid will undergo filtration, that is, the phenomenon of free water in the drilling fluid penetrating into the pores or gaps of the wellbore rock. The medium pressure filtration instrument is used to simulate the filtration and cake formation characteristics of drilling fluid under static conditions inside the well. The Hengtaida SD type multi link intermediate pressure filter can perform parallel tests on multiple samples. This type of multi link pressure filtration instrument adopts an aluminum drilling fluid cup, with a rated working pressure of 0.69MPa, an effective filtration area of 45.6cm2, and a drilling fluid cup capacity of 240ml. It is equipped with an air source device and can also be used in the laboratory with a low-pressure manifold (optional) and a nitrogen cylinder.
